摘要: 急性肾损伤(AKI)是临床常见的危重症,病死率高。AKI时主要的受损细胞是肾小管上皮细胞。肾小管上皮细胞重塑在AKI发生发展、预后转归中起着至关重要的作用。肾小管重塑过程机制复杂,其确切调控机制尚不清楚,文章就AKI肾小管重塑调控机制进行综述。

Abstract:  Acute kidney injury (AKI) has emerged as a major public health problem that leads to decreased survival. Renal tubular epithelial cells are mainly damaged cells in AKI. Renal tubular epithelial cell remodeling plays a vital role in AKI. The regulatory mechanism of renal tubule remodeling is not yet clear. This review is written to address the renal tubule remodeling regulation mechanism of AKI.
